After 20+ years managing strategic accounts at Verizon/MCI, Infinigate, and as Chief Growth Officer at HBD Consulting, I kept seeing the same pattern: talented teams spending hours on tasks that well-designed workflows can execute in seconds.
I built my first automation stack at HBD Consulting in 2024 — n8n, autonomous AI agents, LLMs — to industrialize prospecting and lead qualification. Result: -60% on processing cycle time, faster pipeline, team refocused on value creation.
